maybe swiftec software can do it, someone who own it could give you a hand. Or Ecutuners

I spend a lot of time on it and never managed to do this.
I never say something is impossible but it looks that way.
On DPF versions there is a ST10F280 processor with 1mb memory and the non DPF versions have ST10F276 micro with 768Kb memory.
That explains that there is not a software switch.
Even DPF emulator doesn't work well.
So only way is to take a non DPF ECM but that wil give trouble with immo, dash and ABS i think.

in the software are DPF structures which need to be mod in order to "remove" DPF.
than DPF needs to be removed physically too.

It is not like in 1.6 or 2.0 TDCi from Ford!

What I mean, did you actually did such car with this ecu and specific software?
All the rest i understand also 2.0 and 1.6 Tdci.
