Wifi on these are crap use Ethernet.
If the fta channels are ok its internet related either crap isp or server.

Hello all thanks for the replys I think it may be my router slowing the signal down, as my laptop is dropping signal too when connected, i use homeplugs so i can use ethernet

its not so much speed its a good ping to your server you need. try a test at pingtest.net it will give you an idea. also alot of people who are getting troubles are newbies. as you get more into it you will know the things to check and look out for and what causes issues and what does not.makes me laugh when people have the box 5mins get glitching or cannot connect to a server and blame one of two things the firmware or the line!! never the way they have setup the box. it comes with experience its all the fun of it. it gets boring if everything is running 100% theres nothing to do then only watch tv lol.

also always good to reboot satboxes, routers and modems regular (daily if possible) to remove any stale connections. also try connecting your satbox direct to modem if you have one and test quality then. also boyian you ping is not very good and you are getting packet loss maybe the cause? or its just talktalks crap service
