Yes.Because this is not St9 Mcu.You have Lock13 tool?
If yes you can unlock via external socked.

I have not, unfortunately :( I have tried via ST9 prog and Termite 2.9 console but w/o success :(

Yes friend, you are right :( an friend of mine has Martech... I tried this martech procedure within St9 and Termite console but not working. I can see string of bytes which trawell to MCU but nothing's happen..is still 13 locked message appears.

Friends, I have tried to find datasheet on the net ,....but there is not any doc.. at this moment I know..it is not ST familly for sure, 120 or 150. Possible, it is TMS inside..I think (I am sure actually) this radio is very similar or same like CC20 for example.

It is same like Truckline CC20 !
And it can be reseted with ETL LOCK13 tool also (much cheaper solution) :)

Ok, I have already sent this radio to my friend and Martech :) will be solved..I hope :)
Meantime, somebody has working hex dump for PIC16f876?? :) I'd like to make an lock13 reset tool for the next case :(
