problem w204 display (-------) on mileage

hi DK's i have a problem with a w204 the problem was ESL
i changed full kit for the car ezs + ecu +esl

the car start fine and there is problem with dash it show ------ on KM
so i changed the vin on other unit (abs+SRS) so no problem there

i had modified dash to 0KM and to the same value for ezs but the problem exist in dash not show mee KM

pleas can some one help mee with best solution

SSID in not same in the Dash and EZS.
You need to sync Dash with EZS, if you put 0 km in dash MB Star can do the job, or you know SSID from new EZS , post it here along with Dash dump here and I will add SSID to it.

Try the cluster plug into the back of the clocks and program miles using DP3 or similar, may break sync and display miles properly after this.

Or do mileage Obd with similar tool

You can do this also via the eep in the dash, 2 bytes stop the sync in the dump

did not know you could do that with the 204 with dash plug

Well I've tried it with the w164 and worked, also w219.

Just try doing the mileage obd and it will break sync

If you have MB star can you try to read SSID in EZS?

If u go you EZS there should be somewhere SSID , go in every menu, it will be 4 byte (Example A0 F7 55 D3).
or put 0 Km in dash and adopt it with MB Star. You do not need online connection.

And when you try to adapt put 0 km and job done!
