Dear Friends,
All keys are lost in this toyota rav 4 year 2001. The eeprom in ecu is atmel 25080. Can somebody help me with virgin dump and key ID ( 4c or 4D ) ? so that I may program a working key ? I have attached the dump from the eeprom. Many thanks in advance.

What is the ECU part number.

2001 = 4c

key is 4c, better post key data to add in your dump

The car accepted the new key and fired. Many thanks for your help. Can you tell me how I can add another keys in this car ? I think these cars needs manual procedure to add the keys.

this is the key data with which the car started. key 4c: 7E C9 4F A3 90 00 00 00 00 0C 1F 7E 00 00. How can I add another key in the dump ? The next key is 4c: 7E A5 57 A3 90 00 00 00 00 34 C6 7E 00 00. Thanks for your help.

With virgin dump, place first key in ignition and "DO NOT CYCLE KEY" when immo light goes out place the second key in ignition "DO NOT CYCLE KEY" and wait for light to go out.
You must pump brake pedal 5 times with in 10 seconds of last key learnt to cancel "KEY LEARN MODE".

What happen if I have a Rav4 with virgin dump intalled and use a key without transponder. Does it starts an run?

It will not, the only way is to immo off if you use a key without transponder.
