New Key for Fiat Sedici

Hi @ all,
I have to make a second key for a Fiat Sedici 1.9 Multijet. The car have an EDC16C39 ECU and an ID40 Transponder!
How can I make the Key? I have Zed-Bull, T300 and SBB!

Could somebody help me? This car is same like Suzuki SX4

id40 and id 46 are used on the sedici it programs like the suzuki swaift older models or you can remove the immo and produce a chip with zed bull or tango etc

Can you please explain me the procedure? Because I could not find any information about extract code from immo on this car!
