Not done from dump or serial. You need the unlock DVD which will update your firmware also.

No need DVD to unlock,
code is in the address 20,40,60
I can modified dump by other code but I want to know the code itself ,

But the advantage is when you upgrade your firmware to v30 and unlock it you can then run the 2013 maps. Surely running a disc is easier that reading and writing. Your choice. Some like to make work easy.
