Search points on PCB connected to 104 and 105 pins of ST10 MCU.
First check big pads (14 pads) at pcb edge near MCU.
Make high quality photo and mark these points on it.

It's one of many +5V points on the PCB that can be found using photo without ECU.
You can find another +5V points more convenient for connecting one of resistors using digital ommeter.

depending tools the resistors aren't at the same place and don't have the same value
it's possible to ask the original pdf from piasini so you didn't crash your ecu

In worst case if we connect resistors as shown on the picture we can't go into boot mode of ST10xxx.

But there is no danger to burn ECU.

I use this pinout but cant get st10f275 in boot mode

could someone read /write this ecu whit Galet ? or can give more info about procedure please ( need to dissconnect resistors after powerup ecu ?)

There are atleast 3 types of ecu, in the 2005 till 2014 series.

I/O terminal listed some of these. Bosch tool.
TOYOTA ME7.9.5 KLINE – ST10F275 R/W – 95040 R/W

TOYOTA M7.9.5 KLINE – ST10F275 R/W – 95040 R/W
TOYOTA M7.9.52 KLINE – ST10F275 R/W – 95160 R/W

TOYOTA ME7.9.5 KLINE with 95040,,,this is my ecu,,
I can read it by K-Tag, but Galetto cant read it, I want to know if someone could read it by galetto
I tried it with 1K and 6K8 resistors, no succes
