BSI Citroen Berlingo 2008 95128 same as 2003 95128?

Is it some different Eeprom 95128 on new BSI model compare to older?I have 2008 BSI and this have smal changes in the layout compar to de older ones.
Both have Eeprom 95128
Can i use same virgin file for ex peugeot/Citroen 2003-2006 to my 2008?
