zedbull clone - not recognise log in key

hi i have zedbull clone bought from obdfactory some time ago. it stopped working as it does not recognise my log in key ( a yamaha key with id33) as read by another machine. is there anyway i can rectify this. would anyone be able to help. the zedbull ring is working fine when tested and the log in key still reads. so it must be software for the hardware that is the problem. anyone have a dump and if you know for what eeprom that does not require a log-in key.
