mira clone does pre-coding. not sure about other tools but i think they are the same.
if 1 manufacturer discover something new others will copy it sooner or later.
if you dont want to spend money - get any hitag programmer and correct values for all pages and you can precode manually.

I use orig zed bull, it has many id46 precodes built in for instant use ( with pics ) and also has Hitag2 section for manually writing or using dumps off here that have been saved from new keys by the DK brotherhood.

don't have to precode, cards come already precoded.

If you wamt to program just new cards truecode excellent for the job
if u want the grief of stripping cards and changing chips you will need zedbull/miraclone etc
but as ninja says zedbull/ truecode Job dob !!! whatever the job needs to be ....

yes, zedbull is all you need, and also contact member sierra for his EFfi software to work with zedbull clone, it is excellent.
