Hello, I have flashed a Denso ecu with piasini but after the flashing the car does not start anymore and I suspect a checksum related problem. I noticed my piasini tool alwasy gives 3 bytes different after checking the file I have written. Does anybody have any expereince on opel astra 1.7cdti 110hp with Denso ecu?

I just tried, but it does not even work with the ori file anymore :-(I would think a problem related to the Piasini tool? Does anyone have any suggestions?

The strange thing is that address 7FE9, 7FEA and 7FEB Always have different data after checking the writing. In my ori read they where all FF and after the writing they become 00??194636

Flashed it with a renesas programmer and now the flash is 100% the same as the Original, but the car still does not start and no communication with the ecu. When I switch on the ignition I can hear a buzzing sound at the engine, so it looks like it is alive. Does anybody have a wiring diagram of a opel astra z17dth engine from 2008?

Problem was caused by a corrosion splinter which was sitting between two pins of the sh7058 controller! Removed, reprogrammed and the car is running fine again.
