i have brilliance-frv-cross-2013 dash board i am found cpu motorola inside S9S12HA48CLL MASK 0M34S iw ant read this mcu i have x-progm ver 5 and upa version 1.2 any one try read this mcu before by x-prog or usb

i want help to read this mcu thanks for help
