Citroen C5 immo help

Hi friends. I need help with Citroen C5 2.0 HDI engine RHZ with bad battery. I charge battery ,but the car not starts. I see with PP2000

ECU - LOCK
ECU,BSI - MACH
LEARN KEYS - 0

I try learning a key,but no success. I try with new chip 7936 but same.
What i have to do ?

ciao hai controllato la bsi che non ci sia umidita'dentro o qualche falso contatto di fusibili ,perche queste bsi sono un po' difettose

car start but check light is off everytime. The car still in ecomodactiv.

I FORGOT BSI do not see Stering module and when i start learning procedure, fault is ACC+ missing.

any ideas
