ROLLS ROYCE PHANTOM / watching dvd while driving

got a rolls royce phantom 2006 with dvd / tv

client want to watch DVD while driving

tried to make it "tv-free" with several tools by OBDII , but doesn't work.

Anyone has a working solution or know where to buy some hardware boxes ?

its +/- same as a E65 / BMW...
