Vauxhall Insignia '08 CDTI Bluetooth enabling

Hi all,
Does anyone know if its possible to enable the bluetooth / sterring wheel controls on a Vauxhall Insignia '08 CDTI, I've searched high and low on web but can't find a difinitive answer. Some say its mipossible after it leaves factory, others say it con be done back alley style, but haven't found anyone capable locally. Any ideas / advice appreciated.

Sometimes they need a VCI code from Opel in Germany, but yours being 2008, it should be just the bluetooth kit and then enable via SPS using an MDI.


I believe from MY12 they need the VCI code, this is what's on the list of codes required
