klite is the best for me. You may download the latest version here (http://www.free-codecs.com/K_lite_codec_pack_download.htm).

Download K-Lite Mega Codec Pack, it has it all that needs. But I don't think this guy is looking for video codec. I have never seen video codec that are not free. There is a hole bunch of free codec on net.
