It was bought as 1.2.1.13, only used with the software that came with it, so if it don't work it's likely to be something else don't ya think?

My advice is to get genuine upa from penko, it is not very expensive and it is a superb tool.
Chiniese cloners wont develop anythink, I you want to see UPA version 1.4 than buy genuine tool and let it be developped by Penko.

upa usb clone problem 24 c128

i had a problem with my upa (clone), it was broken. I re-programmed the eeprom 24c128 with this dump EEprom do UPA 24c128. The upa works. I read one mcu motorola hc11e9 The upa worked great, but the next day upa stopped working, it was the same problem. My version of the sw is v1.2 build 1.7. I tried several time to re-program the eeprom 24c128 but nothing. Where is the problem? On the kaos there are two different dumps, please help on how to fix this problem. thanks

if test hw upa1.1 in sw 1.2 or up eprom 24c128 need your dump for repair
