Lexus LS4001997 Immo dump 93LC66 impossible to rewrite

I have IMMO box ECU dump for 1997 Lexus LS400 (USA market)

Will be great if some body tell me how I can rewrite this dump because I can NOT do it. I used several programmers, but no lock. Locks like this 93LC66 in write protection mode. I don't now where is a hill? I never heard that the 93lc66 eeprom was this feature. Can somebody tell me any adea what do I do now. Thank you for your time and effort

I have never found problem to read and write 93lc66 ic of 97 lexus I read and write via labtool 48

that amazing to me too. I use labtool too. I think the chip is gone. Any idea welcome

there is no write protection, does your tool suport LC series? or only C series? :) is you can read chip ok, the data, not FF or 00, then there maybe problem with HW to write if not chip is dead :)
