Renault Scenic 2002 DO NOT START !!!!

I have a Renault Scenic model 2002 -Bosch 0281 010 077- when i turn on the key, the preheating (prechauffage) lamp still flashing.
I have CLIP Diagnosis. it display "DF149:Circuit capteur...carburant" something like this

memory: 24c02

I tried with Otocheck but no results...
