2012 jetta all keys lost using datasmart 3 to programe but error failed to get work mode any one use this programer befor that can help i just got mine now stuck thanks

Is it a kessy car or no? have you put cluster into service mode manualy by reading eeprom?

no i have not put in service mode i will try that it is what i thought to do but new with tool thanks

with all keys lost you have to put cluster in service mode before you can do anything

ok so when i went to lift eprom one pin broke off i hate when this happens is there another dump i can use and then adapt cluster back in thanks

ah thats not good...you should have read that one in circuit it's not a problem....you best bet would be to salvage the dump from broken eeprom...can you solder a wwire to the broken pin? which pin broke?

i did not have enoff heat on it when i went to lift it and my carprog would not read it in circut it craked the pin out thanks

your datasmart will read these in circuit, I tested.
Ok but which pin broke of? you don't need all pins on this chip to read it, if i recvall correctly only need 4,5,6,8 ? need to double check.
also if you can see the end of the pin where it broke off you can maybe solder a wire to it to read if needed.

rrador ok got that solved but how do i get in sevice mode do i need a nother bin file when i try nec to get sevice mode it tells me nec 24c32 not nec 24c64 could you help with that thanks

ok this one is done after all this work download nec64 file and all worked good thanks for the help

When you loaded the new NEC file onto dashdoard what happens, I tried today to do similar car with datasmart, when i loaded bin file onto dash then put dash back into car, the clock was all black with only 2/3 lights no display nothing

not shore that immo is in dash in this car
take out the dash, and start the car...
car will start ...no problem
