Volvo S80 II 2007 language change

Is it possible to change the language on this car without OBD tool (SMOK, Carprog original)? Where are language translations contained - in flash of the MCU in the instrument cluster (9s12h256)? Is this MCU secured or not?

In MCU of the instrument cluster are all translations, including the ones for radio and air conditioning?

Translations for radio and air conditioning is in ICM (module behind the screen in center console).
