Can someone verify that I'm right, Citroen bsi dunp

Just bougt a C5 bsi + ecu on ebay. I desoldered and read the 95128 chip with my gq-4x. I then run the file through licznik to se what Km this BSI has.
Licznik says 142196 km. Is this right ? and can someone verify that the codecard with the pin 2K17 is the right one for this BSI unit?

why is it higher mileage than the bsi doesnt either take to the highest one
