I need your help for change the mileage on the twingo 2001 VDO, I have a epprom 4949ed st datasheet it is this epprom to read or it's a MCU ?

4949 is for regulated voltage, nothing to do with eeprom

twingo has microcontroller from ST with internal eeprom
