MB STAR C4

I'm looking into buying one of these fir myself and needed a but if advise, sellers selling these MB Star c4 item say it comes with 3 types of HDD, one for dell one fir IBM and one which works on any laptop my question is which is the or if HDD to select as some people say the any laptop HDD runs as a virtual machine and is no good for diagnosing, any help is appreciated

You Can install C4 on almost evey computer with wifi and cable network port.I prefer standalone instalation and it runs very good on Lenovo x200 tablet with C4.

I currently have a HP Compaq running windows 7 with XP virtual machine will it run on this computer without problems
