Cummins ISLe4 6cylinder engine torque derate

I have one euro 4 engine with CM 850 ecu , the truck has active fault codes related to after treatment.
In insite under feature and parameters-OBD - OBD derate torque available is set to 60% is it possible to set it to 0% i'm using pro licence but parameter is locked .

Is there any way around it?

YES , U WILL NEED RESET THE AFTERTRATMENT WITH CALTERM 3.6, TRY TO FIND THE RIGHT ECFG ,AND SELECT DPFM ,(MONITOR ).IN THE MODEL SELECTION , I THINK THAT"S SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.
OTHER WAY IS JUST UPLOAD AND CHANGE THE DERATE FOR SOOT LEVEL OR HIGH BACK PRESSURE. AND DOWNLOAD .
