Where is the code stored? it has ecu bosch mp3.2. inside keypad i can t see any motorola MCU

it has in keypad chip marked:
ZC422490CFN
509130250000
OF10V
ZZQN9517

It looks like mcu but google does not tell anything about it.
Here's dump from ecu's 93cs46, can someone make it immo off, or read pin?
