Hi all, i've a used fiat 16 1.9 Mjet. I lost one key.
I went to a commercial key maker and he told me that to do another key he needs a card with a code that should be with the car.
I bought this car used and the previous owner doesn't know anything about this...
There is no way to read this code from the car?
I asked to a fiat dealer for a new key: it's twice the price of the key maker, I'm trying to save some money...
The possibility to take out immobilizer is also good...
I've read a lot of posts on this forum, but's not clear a thing:
it is possible to take immo off reading the ECU thru EODB, processing the file and write it again, like I've done to take out FAP?
the car has a BOSCH EDC16C39 CF4/EOBD diesel injection (1.9), i can read HW & SW number thru FES.
I'm not able to work with BDM (no HW and SW)
