VAG EDC17CP20 SW 1037400940 manual to 1037508388 DSG

Hi I am trying to re-program this EDC17CP20 bootmode, from manual transmission, 1037400940, to DSG 1037508388. The read I have is 2048 KB but is mostly ghost read, I think this is the problem, can anyone help?
