Yes because I swapped your bytes. If you write my file as x16 will work.

If you have error when you put orig file back then your problem is with soldering or your programming of chip. Did you read original as 8 or 16 bit as when I swapped bytes on your original it looked ok and I could see the mileage so looked to me as you read as 8 ?

There is nothing wrong with the original file. This vehicle is perfectly easy to do with tachosoft. It is already read in 16bit. The only difference is that some equipment read bytes swapped. This file is good. It is not 8bit. It is 16bit. Just write it back the same as you read it.

Just a thought but I think I did Isuzu Rodeo last week which similar and after you put dash back in I had to press mileage trip reset button to show mileage. Did you try this, if not try it may work.

You need to get original dump working before you try anything corrected. You need to check check and check again the tracks to the chip and the soldering. Program the chip with original dump with the same programmer the same way you read it. Other things to try are new chip just incase old one is damaged but doubtful or as when I looked at your original file I could see correct mileage but with bytes swapped so presumed youd just read as 8 not 16. If your programmer has swapped bytes when reading then I would of thought reprogramming same way would be ok but you could try swapping bytes of your own original file to be sure. If you cant get original file to work though it is most likely bad joint, broke track or solder splash on board somewhere.

Your original file looked ok to me when I swapped bytes so I presumed you read as 8 not 16. When I swapped bytes I could see your mileage in the last 2 lines. I corrected for you and told you to write back at 16 as this should work. Im not familiar enough with this car though to know that your full dump was ok so maybe you have an error in rest of dump. Try and search forum for other dump for this car and try.
