Renault master 2.5 dci 2007 problem injector df276

I have problem with injector 1, it say now df276

INJECTOR CODE PROGRAMMING
1.DEF: Internal electronic fault during programming
2.DEF: no code stored

Must i have code from renault.net for code this injector?
When i coded injector is it in ecu or injector code writes?

Car work but after i going in searching multiplex network and find problem with injector 1 and 4 it say need relearning. After this i only have 1 injector fault relearning. I take erase ecu codes and computer and relearning. After this i have problem car is 1500 rpm and not answer on pedal and code is df276.

maybe you have bad ecu

Now work it, recode all4 injector :)
