need good file for dash isuzu trooper 2000

hi guys
excuse me for twice post
but i have a big problem and i hope the professional mileage and specially who repair isuzu
i read my dash by elnec eeprom ( st 93C46 8X)
when i finish to read programmor show message read ok
and when i correct my dash nothing show in dash specailly km and number in display before i program all are ok km and all
now nothing and when i return the original file the same problem nothing

While the cluster installed in your car, switch to ignition on and check the voltage on 93C46 if present (+pin8 & -pin5) there must be 5volts presaent here, if nothing check the dash fuse
