BMW EWS 3 Transponder

Hi all,

I'm trying to program a transponder to start a BMW E46 330D. I have tried to read the data with UPA USB (file attached) but when I program with clone zed bull it doesn't work. Transponder shows as successfully programmed and reads as correct key number but doesnt start. Can somebody have a look at my dump to see if it looks ok or possibly give me a clue as to what is wrong?

what key number, that you program? 1,5,7,8 is used. and something wrong with vin number...

I tried 9. What is wrong with VIN?
