Vu duo only getting bbc itv nothing else

Hi turned on my vu duo this afternoon an it is only showing bbc 1,2,three, four, itv and channel four. when i change channel between at the top line where it usually shows the ........ info etc it just say fta.

if i put it onto movies or that it just stays blank screen and the and the NDS is orange instead of green.

i have reset my router and turned off my duo for a few mins, still the same.

any help would be greatly appreciated

try going into network setup-network test and run the test to see if it connects.

Sounds like you have a problem with whatever method you use to watch scrambled channels.
