I have been using home plugs for 2 years now and would say they are rock solid just like a wired connection.

I suppose that also depends on the Current wiring in your property as well as i have heard some stories of people having intermittent problems on occasion with outside interference, at the end of the day the quality of the wiring scenario applies to homeplugs as it does to an Aerial/Satellite connection if the cable is years old and i mean really old then it could cause problems compared to a house that may have been re-wired in the last 5-10 years or so.

Just a thought

We live in a old farm house with 8" sold stone walls, WiFI is a no go, every room has Netgear XAV2001 Powerline AV 200 Ultra Adapter - never had a problem.
