Vectra B 2.0DTi EGR OFF

Hello!

Is it possible to turn EGR OFF on Vectra B, engine Y20DTH, ECU Bosch EDC15?

Hi bro you can try this solution it work most of the tymes.You can use 1n4007 diod or shotky.
Cut pin number 5 on debitomer is blue cable,unplug conector from EGR solenoid and seal vacuum tube extending from EGR solenoid
The idea is this, when you're at low revs EGR valve have to be open and air flow mesured from MAF have to be less,when egr valve is broken no less air flo and ECU go in service mode(no more from 3000rpm)
When you put diod on blue cable MAF measure less air flo, at larger rpm relay contacts regenerate link between the two ends of the blue cable and maf mesure normal air flo.
If normal at lo rpm you have 500mgr air flo after you put diod you have to hav around 400mgr and when you are in bigger rpms again normal miligrams mesured from MAF

Is it possible to read by OBD or do I have to desolder the flash and read in programmer? I tried MPPS and Galletto 1260, but neither of them works ...

mayba also kess clone can read but i don't know

Thanks, found it. I've read the 29F200. Can somebody turn off EGR and possibly remove EGR related DTCs? Thanks!
