MB VIANO, ECU removed, ezs and keys matched , engine doesnt start

Hi, i have a friend who bought one mb viano w639 2006 110kw without ecu

the car doesnt have ecu, but key and ezs is ok, so if i find one ecu in one scrapping for mb viano or vito 110kw it will start? or i have to do some ezs-ecu alignement or similar? or only put correct flash with galletto?
