Skoda Octavia NEC+ 24C32 TDI eeprom need

Did anybody have eeprom file from Skoda Octavia 24C32 NEC?
No matter Low or High line cluster.

This is UK RHD Manual TDi. Not sure of miles but approx 100,000ish - Not sure if NEC or not but as I recall it wouldnt it wouldnt go diag and so I had to put it in service mode to change with digy if that means anything but give it a try.
