I saw that before asking don't quite understand it, iv not got tspanel in extentions either to do a opkg update
( instalation -From TSpanel-do opkg update before installing the plugin
-from links down
-from previous versions(update)
-Telnet method:better to do opkg update before installation of the plugin to install dependent files)

If you are on the latest vix image. The plugin is now available through vix download.
