Help please kill km/h request and DTC?s in EDC16CP34 3.0TDI

Help please, i have a VW Bus T3 with swaped Engine from Audi A4 3.0TDI EDC16CP34 and need to kill KM/h request in flash. Have some problems,
car runs only till 2800 upm and not more.

who can help me please ?
