Hi to all a friend of mine has a japanese wii and he has asked me how he can change the language as all he is getting is is jap with eng sub titles can this wii be soft modded to take pal or ntcs games yur thoughts please

Yes, If you softmod the wii it's possible to play all the regions... there are some region-changers apps that you can run as homebrew...
