Fiat punto 1.2 16V ECU problem

I have a problem with an fiat punto ECU 5AF.P3. With the diagnostic cable the eror is about the ignition coil 2. I changed that but the problem remains. After a lot of reading and measuring i came up with the bad ECU. The car starts but has no spark on two cilinders. I've searched for the solution but I only found that is a transistor problem. I need to know what transisor(s) it is and how i'll replace it, if you can help me...

I only need the type of transistors from that ECU. Can someone help me with this information?

the IAW5AF is a hybrid ecu, you can't change the transistors.....there is no normal circuit board inside , best solution is buying a new or revirginised used one. Some people try to repair the tracks on the board but that's no reliable solution. You will see once you have opened the ecu.....

OK.. i opened and i damaged the transistors... they are two... they look like the ones from VP 44 pump, but I must know their make.

I think the transistors are those indicates with the red arrows. I'm right?

yes but how on earth would you replace those mosfets of this hybrid ecu ?? If you want to make life easy just buy a replacement ecu and revirginise it....

Thanks for the reply but your repair guide doesn't help me. In that repair guide doesn't show what type are the transistors. Where to buy this type of computer, on EBAY i did not find IAW 5AF.P3 computer. I'm from Romania.
