Volvo s80 airbag CR16

Hello,

I have some problem with one car. Volvo s80 2.5d 99year airbag unit (I input photo of airbag unit ,and sorry forphoto resoliution)199565 ,Airbag unit when i read faults he write: airbag unit fault.
I try take off unit and open it,but find CR16MFR544 plc44 and cant read with upa-usb and carprog ,with what tool i can read this CR16?

I find 13 pin and put it to ground and try read with carprog CR16 Volvo V70 028001254 but it camt read :/
