ford c max 1.6 tdci eeprom malfunction

have a 2007 c max 1.6 tdci which is a non runner (immobilised) and reporting an eeprom malfunction within the ecu,i know immo off is not an option but has anybody ever solved this problem before?,i enclose eeprom dump if someone can check to see if its good.

have you tried replacing it with a new one sometimes the chip has the data in it but the processor that reads the memory cant read the chip
