2000 BMW 528i no start condition

I have 2000 BMW 528i in my shop
no start
error code
128 Interface DME-EWS
41- key number 4 not valid wrong password
scanned with inpa
did dme ews alignment no help
customer have only one key
I erased errors
but only one come back every time I turn the key in ignition ,one from DME code 128
now when I scan EWS no codes only dme code 128
any chip solution for this ?
immo off?
immo emulator?

I did some more diagnostic
and that what it shows 199966199967

it looks like your key is not recognized, check key in some key reader. If it's faulty make new transponder or order new key.
