I was looking on you-Tube for things to put on my Nexus 7 and came across some videos about how to put an app called XBMC onto it. It looked great but when I saw what was available, such as Sky Sports, it made me wonder if this was a legal app. Since I don't subscribe to Sky would I be using this app fraudulently :hmmmm2:. Further videos showed how to load other means of getting free video such as films and adult content. Anybody know if I can use this app? If it is all legal then perhaps somebody could put a How To on the forum showing an easier way of loading it as I had to have both my Nexus 7 and a laptop open so as to follow the method. Chessman.

dont worry about getting done by the police, xbmc uses streaming protocols like rtmp, rss, rtsp, mms etc, ive not used xbmc but it is similar to my home media server http://www.serviio.org/, i get sly sports etc with that, people write plugins etc which allows you to stream what ever it is written for sly sports etc, the worse that can happen is the stream is changed and another plugin is needed, every one ive talked to says xbmc is brilliant have a read here ----> XBMC (http://xbmc.org/)
