With all key lost, you need to reset both id code and smart ecu.

In some Prius models, there is not id code box, then you will need to renew the transmission control ecu.

New key can also be programmed from TIS with a seed code. Seed codes can be purchased individually or to buy a seed generator for $300

Yes you can, I already did a few ones with Techstream straight forward...

Are you sure? you are referring to add key or lost key (G) ?
