Yamaha F30 Belt Outboard Y-COM

Hi, Folks,
someone have experience with
Yamaha F30outboard engine.
Have to disable Y-COP from engine.
Now engine is starting, but no more than 2500rpm.

Also I'm looking for diagnostic program for those engines.
Yamaha Diagnostic Software YDS 1.32 Software or close version.

ECU num :
6BT-8591A-00
