When I turn On the key, the preheating (prechauffage) lamp still flashing.

Yes, the vehicle starts.
I have a french KTS650, it shows: 4680: Centrale de cde partie num?r.(calc.)

why did you attached the eprom 24c02?? do you have vag com? does the car run ok?

I just PM you , it s you flash that is bad, not eeprom. Dont try it. Read your flash and post it here
