Sky starts email alert service
Sky TV has launched an email reminder service that will let customers schedule new shows that are in the making.
The service, which has been called ?Never Miss?, is not just for Sky subscribers.
Anyone can subscribe for the email service, but it will definitely be an advantage for Sky subscribers who will be able to schedule the next series of their favourite show before it has even been made.
Owners of Sky+ and Sky+ HD set top boxes will be able to set up the email reminder service.
This will then link with the Sky EPG so that the user can schedule recordings from their computer.
Sky currently has around 34,000 films and 500 TV series in the system.
Users can track their favourites and set them into the schedule.
